The Build
When the statutory planning permission and building regulation approvals are obtained, we work closely with the 'self-builder' to determine when the oak frame and ‘SIPS' encapsulation system is required. We then commence our manufacturing processes as necessary and schedule site visits for assembly of the oak frame and the 'SIPS’ and complete our stage services with the weathertight 'wrap'. This is then 'signed off' by your building control inspector, allowing for the continuation of the project.
The client/self-builder will be required to appoint a separate building contractor to install your foundations and other groundworks, we do not provide these on-site services. The client/self-builder will also be required to personalize and complete the project, using your chosen building contractor or individual trades persons.
